Dele Momodu marks 64th birthday with discourse
The Chief Executive Officer and publisher of Ovation International, Dele Momodu, clocked 64 years on May 16, 2024, and he held an intellectual discourse with the theme, The Politics of Energy and the Way Forward, at the Nigerian Institute of Foreign Affairs on Victoria Island, Lagos State, to mark the day.
At the event, a veteran journalist and the Peoples Democratic Party’s Ogun State Deputy Governorship candidate in the 2019 elections, read Momodu’s biography, which gave detailed information on the latter’s life.
Delivering his opening address, Momodu spoke on the challenges Nigeria was facing in the areas of electricity and energy.

It is made to seem like rocket science, but we go to smaller countries and enjoy the (constant) electricity that we don’t have here.
