Jiaogulan, or A small plant that promises nothing less than immortality. Leaving aside the philosophical question of whether immortality can actually be a goal for mankind to strive for, ensuring quality of life into old age is unquestionably a desire of our society – and the cause of one of the most notable expenses in our economy.
