  Dr. ALSHEIKH has a PhD in Economics from the University of Manchester, UK, and worked previously in the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency as Director of Banking Supervision Department.

He was previously Lead European Anchor for Reuters Digital Video. Prior to joining Reuters, Axel spent four years as an anchor for CNBC in London.
