What is your genre of music?
My music had been described as genre fusion, it’s a little bit of everything! But to condense it down it goes nicely into indie-pop, indie-rock & pop-rock!
Give us a little bio about you.
“Minerva Daisy is a young, powerful and queer indie pop songstress based in Manchester, UK. Influenced by powerful female musicians like Etta James, Nina Simone & Florence and the machine, Minerva is giving indie music a whole new delicious flavour, with hints of rock, pop, soul and jazz, you’ll find yourself coming back for seconds in no time.”
What made you go into music?
I was brought up around music, my dad is a singer songwriter & my mum is super creative & so in that sense I was very lucky and creative as a child. I always loved performing from a young age

Introducing DAISY WORLD
Not only is she a singer debuting her own solo projects, but she is the frontwoman of her own band and also designs her own clothing which can be seen being worn by Benny Blanco and Addison Rae. While speaking to her, we get a personal insight as to who she is as a person and as a multifaceted artist. Through continuous confidence boosts, having opportunities to work with and learn from other artists, and the ability to never take no for an answer, there is nothing that DAISY WORLD isn’t set out to accomplish.

First off, what's going on? What are you up to? Anything exciting?
So many exciting things. First of all, this is exciting for me. Okay, I can say it, because it's gonna come out on Friday. So I just released my first two solo songs and I made a very short acoustic version on my Instagram, just literally a video from my phone of me playing one of the songs. And now we're going to be kind of producing a better live version of “SUNDOWN”. We're doing that tonight, just me and my producer Albert. W
